she's the only one who seems to pick out her own outfits.

She knows that her mother's dress isn't in style and makes plans to alter it. She refuses to go to the ball in her ripped up pink rags because she clearly wants to look her best. She gets excited about the gown Fairy Godmother gives her and clearly realizes how gorgeous it is etc.

Well, she certainly takes pride in her appearance and even makes sure that she looks hot in a beggar disguise.
Second would be Cinderella, because she even has books on the latest fashions.

i agree with percyandpotter. i think Ariel because she wants to look beautiful for Eric, because seeing as she doesnt have her voice, its the only attribute that he'll like her for really. (well she'd think that anyway, idk if its true) -- and on the beach where she tries to sort her hair out :D she thinks she looks nice in the pink ballgown etc
