She dares to voice her opinion to stop the war in front of her father, her people, and the Englishmen. She is not afraid if the Englishmen shoot her or the possibility that her father disown her.

I would say. Pocahontas has a tough time telling peoplehow she really feels .

Where's Cinderella?

The moment where she speaks her mind in front of everyone even though she knows that everybody disagrees with her and they're probably gonna shoot her is enough for me.

And Mulan and Pocahontas.

Rapunzel: Told Mother Gothel that she wants to see the lanterns.

Pocahontas: Telling the people that she wanted the war to stop.

Mulan: Told her father not to got to war. More like argued with her father.

She's mostly up front and straightforward. She lets everyone know when she disagrees, and makes her opinions known.

And Tiana.

I don't get why people think she's so shy. because she runs away when the prince sees her? yes, because HE sees HER, in rags, not because she's afraid of strangers. she obviously has no problem initiating the conversation with the dwarfs, who not two seconds ago she was quite startled to see. she also doesn't mind bossing them.

on the other hand, I totally agree with what everyone says about Tiana. I can't really decide, they're both really outspoken.

and seriously, how did Belle leave already? she's only outspoken when she feels like it. I think some people forgot but she has trouble expressing her emotions and never once told Gaston she wasn't interested, so she's not at all more outspoken than SW or Tiana or even Pocahontas.

Belle actually did tell Gaston she wasnt interested.

if she has trouble expressing her emotions, she wouldnt have stood up to the beast in the castle and told him, "maybe you should control your temper!"

^I can see where Audrey is coming from. Belle says she "wants more than she can tell".

Tiana's not afraid to speak her mind.
