I was going to vote Cinderella, but I realized that she's still cleverer than Jasmine, who says she's a fast learner, but doesn't do much to back it up.

She REALLY needs to go now. She makes everything up as she goes along, never thinking of the consequences.

She doesn't really show much intelligence and she's not too clever.

Also since she has been isolated most of her life, I fail to see why Rapunzel is still here. She should have gone already too. Plus not that it was her fault but she was given false info about the world-so when she got out she was pretty naiive about things.
