Which change made to your favorite Disney character in sequel/remake/etc would upset or anger you the most? Which misconception about this character does anger you the most?

Ariel being so ooc and acting like Triton in Return to the Sea has always bothered me. The same with Simba in Simba's Pride

Actual changes: Governor Ratcliffe being portrayed as a dirty coward and begging Smith for mercy( I know it doesn't truly contradict the first movie but they wasted a perfect chance to make Ratcliffe somewhat original villain), John Smith forgetting the message of first movie and becoming even more insensitive and cockier than he was at the beginning of movie, t Mushu forgetting the message he learnt in first movie, Mulan completely getting rid of her more shy and conservative side.
Potetial changes: Mulan's masculine being exaggerated and her becoming Lad-ette, Blood Knight, Female Misogynist( Type I) and/or Arrogant Kung-Fu Guy.
Misconception that annoy me: Belle's and Pocahontas' seriousness and Mulan's masculinity getting exagerrated.

Anastasia in Cinderella II. Pretty much the only decent thing about that sequel. Hated her in the original for obvious reasons

Beauty and the Beast. But it's looks like soon Mulan will become one. I may mistake but it's very likely I will prefer live-action Mulan over animated one.
