I know most of these are probably going to be way cliche, but あなた get the idea. (:

Snow White: Optimism will always trump the sadness in your life.

Cinderella: Good things come to those who wait.

Aurora: Duty and promises should be abided by.

Ariel: 愛 means taking a chance.

Belle: Beauty is only skin deep.

Jasmine: *Hmm, this is hard. I can see "Be bold, make a statement."

Pocahontas: The right path isn't the easiest.

Mulan: Finding who あなた really are takes time and taking chances.

Tiana: Determination can get あなた places.

Rapunzel: Never let an opportunity slip あなた by.

Merida: Be yourself, no matter the cost.

Elsa: Don't let fear control you're life.

Anna: 愛 never dies.

I'm not sure these are the main lessons but I will just do what comes to mind first :)

Snow White: Make the best out of a bad situation.
Cinderella: Have faith and keep believing in your dreams.
Aurora: Be responsible, dutiful, obedient.
Ariel: There are no boundaries, make sacrifices.
Belle: Beauty is found within.
Jasmine: Stand up for your beliefs.
Pocahontas: The right path is not always the easiest one.
Mulan: Stay true to who あなた are.
Tiana: Work hard to achieve great things, but still try to find a balance in your life.
Rapunzel: Be productive, positive and passionate.
Merida: Your destiny is in your own hands.
Anna: Never give up on someone あなた believe in.
Elsa: Don't let fears control you.

Here's my take on the situations. :)

Snow White: Positive thinking can make anything better.
Cinderella: "Have faith in your dreams and someday a 虹 will come smiling through!"
Aurora: "True 愛 conquers all."
Ariel: Don't be afraid to take risks in order to follow your dreams.
Belle: Don't judge a book によって its cover.
Jasmine: Being assertive and standing up for your rights is not a bad thing.
Pocahontas: Sometimes, it's best to choose the harder path.
Mulan: Always be yourself, even if it means going against society. (Also, quick thinking and perseverance will win the day!)
Tiana: Nothing comes without hard work, but あなた have to relax once in awhile.
Rapunzel: Experiencing new things that you've always wanted to is a normal part of growing up, despite what your parents may think!
Merida: あなた have the power to "change your fate", for better または for worse.
Elsa: "Let it go."
Anna: Blood is thicker than water.
