As Melonie and I keep walking and talking, I decide to ask her some questions.
"Soooo, why did あなた run away from ホーム anyway?"
I ask her. She just shrugs.
"It's a pretty long story." Melonie says with an embarrassed chuckle.
"Oh. Well, if あなた don't mind me asking, were you, I don't know, feeling like an outcast. Cause, あなた know, I. Was." Melonie asks.
I'm not confessing anything to this girl but, I've got to make her feel comfortable in telling me something. "Yeah. I know who あなた are." Oh snap! What if she really does know who I am?! I'd be in deep, deep trouble!
"Okay then. Who am I?" I try to say in a calm-ish tone.
"You're Prince James of Syracuse. Your parents are King Proteus and クイーン Kida." She says in a obviously tone.
How the hell does this girl know all of this stuff? {A/N: Sorry about the language.} Is she a stalker? Dude, that'd be creepy.
"How do あなた know all this?" I ask her.
Melonie looks at me like I don't have a clue in the world.
"Uh, you're a prince? Of course I would know that!"
She keeps walking and I try to keep up with her through the sea of people and creatures.
"How would あなた know that, exactly?" I question.
Melonie sighs and stops. Her long black hair is flowing in the wind.
"Because," she starts. "I'm a princess."
