Spinosaurus. Though he was greatly exaggerated in Jurassic Park 3 (RL, T-Rex would win), Spinosaurus was still an Apex predator and definitely one of a kind.
I recently had a new favorite- Diabloceratops. I like this dinosaur because of the meaning of its name, which is 'Devil Horned Face" and I just find this Ceratopisan interesting.
Micropachycephalosaurus. To my knowledge it is the smallest herbivorous dinosaur ever discovered and therefore the most harmless in my opinion.
However, I think Amargasaurus, Therizinosaurus, Hypsilophodon, Oryctodromeus, Troodon, Microraptor, and Mei are some of my お気に入り in terms of interesting-ness.

i can't think of a dinosaur that is better than all the others. but if i could choose i would chose the T. Rex.
