this was a treaty question. since in the books, Rita's kids are becoming the new monsters. but i would have to say Deb. She the "sister" and was her father that gave Dex the Code.

Deb, definitely. She's his sister, and they're really close - she tells him just about everything, so she deserves to know. And she probably wouldn't totally flip out, but Rita would probably call the cops... haha

I say Rita. Rita is family too, and what he does will affect them closely because he is with her. Also if Dexter went off the deep end. Rita can't protect herself and her kids. At least Deb's got a gun.
