Demi Lovato shows off her sunkissed freckles in this new shot from Instagram.

The 21-year-old entertainer took a few days of rest and relaxation after performing at several concerts earlier this month.

“Had a spiritual retreat last week full of organic food, working out, meditation and reiki healing… I feel so ready for this summer!!!” Demi wrote on Twitter.

She added later on, “Today’s the first day I haven’t worked out in a week…. I feel weird ????… but hot damn my ass is sore!!! Well, turns out I ended up in the gym.. Getting fit is my new hobby and I love it!!”
