It just seems to me like River changed them every time she felt like SHE wanted it to change. Changing the spot look should be a group decision, even if everyone likes it after it's been done.

Especially in this last change, it feels as though she changed everything to try and make us feel like she was in charge of everyone here, which she obviously isn't and never was.

To be honest, I think a フォーラ would work better when deciding a new spot look, since with a forum, あなた can 提出する things more, and aren't limited によって the fact that あなた can only answer once. Also, if あなた have an アイコン AND モットー idea, あなた can't post them both on an answer, etc.
