The 次 morning when Gabe came in the キッチン he saw the TV was on, airing the news. They were talking about a car accident. Someone had hit a car and driven away. “The culprit has turned herself in last night” The newsreader told some もっと見る details, but Gabe and Rachel didn’t hear it anymore.
“That fucking retard” Gabe cursed.
“Gabe!” Rachel reproached, nodding at Amber who looked up from her plate rotating her head from her mother to her father and back. “Amber, sweetie, why don’t あなた take your breakfast upstairs? あなた can watch some TV in your room”
“Nice offer, mom, but I think I’d rather be part of the conversation” Amber declined the suggestion.
“It wasn’t an offer” Rachel said. “It was an order, only もっと見る polite”
“Amber, do as your mother says または I will make you” Gabe threatened. Amber picked up her loaf of パン and got up. “No, thank you, my arm’s still sore” She left the キッチン and went upstairs to her room.
“What are we going to do now?” Rachel asked as soon as Amber had left.
“I am going to the police office and I’m getting her out of there” Gabe decided.
Rachel nodded. “Good. That’s a very wise decision, Gabe” she praised her husband.
“You misunderstand me” Gabe replied. “I’m not letting her come back. I’ll take her somewhere far away from here”
“I don’t want that” Rachel protested. “She’s our daughter, Gabe”
“She’s not your daughter” Gabe 発言しました and though he 発言しました it in a normal tone it was as if he had yelled the words through a speaker.
“That’s not fair” Rachel softly replied. “She was only three when we met, so that makes me her mother”
“If you’d be a better mother it may not have gotten this far” Gabe snapped.
“What?” Rachel 発言しました shocked. “You’re the one who begged me to keep your little secret. If あなた would’ve told her what she was and what she could become she would’ve been もっと見る careful”
“I’m leaving” Gabe said.
“Yeah, why not run away from the issue?” Rachel snapped as Gabe walked out of the front door.

Title: To Helen [Poem of Youth]
Author: Edgar Allan Poe [More Titles によって Poe]
HELEN, thy beauty is to me
Like those Nicean barks of yore,
That gently, o'er a perfumed sea,
The weary way-worn wanderer bore
To his own native shore.
On desperate seas long wont to roam,
Thy hyacinth hair, thy classic face,
Thy Naiad airs have brought me home
To the glory that was Greece,
And the grandeur that was Rome.
Lo ! in yon brilliant window-niche
How statue-like I me thee stand,
The agate lamp within thy hand!
Ah, Psyche, from the regions which
Are Holy-land !
-THE END-

Ok so I was just randomly listening to the 2 songs off the TVD soundtrack from episode 1x01 and 3x19...and I noticed something that blew my mind. I just thought I'd share it. We all know how influential the 音楽 can be as far as foreshadowing goes. This analysis just furthers my belief that Delena were meant to be all along and from the very beginning.
So when Elena is going to the cemetery in the very first episode of season 1, unbeknownst to her, Damon is hiding in the fog watching her. While this is going on, the song in the background (Say All I Need によって One Republic) has lyrics that go "All I need is the air I breathe, and a place to rest my head."
In season 3 episode 19, Damon and Elena finally キッス passionately. The accompanying song (Never Let Me Go によって Florence and The Machine) has a verse that says "I found the place to rest my head."
I see what あなた did there TVD crew :-)
