Federal judge backs firing squads, ギロチン for executions
"A controversial federal judge thinks firing squads and guillotines should come back in style as the ディベート over executions in Arkansas rages on. 1- 8 The General Assembly finds that while prisoners condemned to

If Georgia was planning to utilize guillotines as a method of execution, how could this be carried out without purchasing guillotines?
