Last 年 I made them for my ex-boyfriend on Valentines Day... I really liked them!


For ca 60 pralines あなた need:

For truffle filling:
300g halfbitter チョコレート coating
100g butter
100g cream

For flavour:
bourbon vanilla
cinnamon
orange abrasion
cayenne pepper
bitter アーモンド aroma
Cointreu

For coating:
full-cream ミルク チョコレート coating
white チョコレート coating
cocoa
finely chopped nuts (e.g. hazelnuts)

For filling:
complete nuts (e.g. hazelnuts, almonds)
dried fruits



1. truffle filling
- heat the cream in a pot and let the バター and the halfbitter チョコレート coating melt in it slowly
