Not many people today know who he is sadly. Many other special figures in history are being forgotten and it's sad. :( He and many others deserve to be shared more with the world.

Not many people now a days know who Charlie is or what he did. It's quite sad that he's pretty much becoming just a distant memory in our culture. He definitely deserves more recognition and somehow people of the modern day must be informed of his amazing talent.

People are all ready starting to forget a lot of important historical people now and then. Chaplin never really received respect later on after being thrown out of the U.S.. Though he was a funny and great actor, writer and all those other cool things, he wasn't getting anywhere with his work. Oh, did you know he was known as a scandal?!! All because of one child that was his, though he claimed it wasn't his. Had to pay for the child $150.
