Looking for a Charlie Chaplin's sketch

i believe it is not part of a movie and it is a rather standalone clip. He is on the 通り, ストリート and pocking on something on the pavement. The action is in front of a store and a store clerk is arranging something on the display and meanwhile trying to direct Charlie etc. Does anyone know the video and have a link to it on the internet?
