Confused on episode order?

On wikipedia's 一覧 of 城 episodes Hedgefund Homeboys is Season 1 Episode 3 and Hell Hath No Fury is Season 1 Episode 4.
But i just got the Season 1 DVD for クリスマス and on there Hell Hath No Fury is Season 1 Episode 3 while Hedgefund Homeboys is Season 1 Episode 4
So which one is right?

"Hell Hath No fury is season 1 episode 4, originally airing on 3-30-09. I DVR'd both episodes.

Yeah, and also, same with me for the BONES（ボーンズ）-骨は語る- episodes. sometimes they add または 削除 episodes from the dvd's
