Captain Underpants: The First Epic Movie is a 2017 animated film. It is based on the Captain パンツ book series.

Plot

Principal Krupp tries to ruin George Beard and Harold Hutchins' friendship, but Principal Krupp accidentally becomes a silly super hero called Captain Underpants. Also Professor Poopypants becomes a teacher at the school, but he's a dangerous villain. It's up to George, Harold, and Captain パンツ to save the school from Professor Poopypants.

This film is enjoyably silly. The plot of the film is good. There are lots of clever and funny scenes. The film actually has some sweet scenes as well as lots of fun action and slapstick. This is my my お気に入り DreamWorks film. They have made some decent films, but this film has their best plot.

Characters

Principal Krupp is actually a sympathetic character as well as a silly character. Captain パンツ is enjoyably unique and entertaining. He is very well voiced によって Ed Helms. George and Harold are pretty amusing. Professor Poopypants is a very cool and fun villain. Nick Kroll did a great job at voicing the professor. This film doesn't have that many characters, but all of them are enjoyable.

Animation

The film is nicely colorful and looks pretty unique. Captain パンツ looks cool despite his lack of modesty. Professor Poopypants ends up getting a really cool and pretty looking costume.

End Credits Song

This film has a Captain パンツ song that is sung によって "Weird Al" Yankovic. The song is enjoyably goofy.

Overall

The Captain パンツ film is 1 of the best animated films of the decade. It has a good plot, entertaining characters, and lots of great jokes.
