INGREDIENTS
FOR THE プレッツェル CRUST
2 c. crushed pretzels
3/4 c. (1 1/2 stick) melted butter
1/4 c. granulated sugar
FOR THE CHEESECAKE LAYER
1 (8-oz.) block cream cheese, softened
3/4 c. granulated sugar
1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
1 c. heavy cream
FOR THE イチゴ TOPPING
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. water
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 1/2 tbsp. イチゴ Jell-O mix
1 pt. fresh strawberries, sliced

DIRECTIONS
Make the プレッツェル Crust: Preheat オーブン to 350°. In a large mixing bowl, stir together pretzels, バター and sugar until combined. Transfer to a 10” tart pan and press firmly into pan using the bottom of a measuring cup. Bake 8 分 and let cool completely.
Make the Cheesecake Layer: Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar and vanilla and beat until combined, then add cream and beat until medium peaks form.
Spread over cooled プレッツェル crust.
Make the イチゴ Topping: In a small saucepan, combine sugar, water and cornstarch and bring to a boil. Boil 2 minutes, whisking constantly (mixture will thicken), then remove from heat. Add Jell-o and whisk until combined. Let cool 5 minutes.
Arrange strawberries in a single layer all over cream cheese layer, then pour Jell-o mixture over, covering each berry. Refrigerate until Jell-o is firm, 2 hours.

Ingredients
1 ¼ c. cake flour
½ c. all-purpose flour
½ c. honey
½ c. unsalted butter, room temperature
1/3 c. サワー cream
2/3 c. whole milk
2 eggs
1 ½ tsp baking powder
½ tsp. baking soda
½ tsp. salt
1 vanilla bean, scraped
1 tbsp. vanilla extract

For the mascarpone frosting:

1 (8 oz.) container mascarpone cheese
½ c. heavy whipping cream
2 tbsp. granulated sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract

For the caramelized figs:

¼ c. granulated sugar
8 ripe and sweet figs (mission または turkey), cut in half
DIRECTIONS:

FOR THE CAKE

Cooking spray
1 box vanilla cake mix, plus ingredients called for on box
1 1/2 c. イチゴ jam
1 c. 落花生, ピーナッツ butter
FOR THE FROSTING
1 (8-oz.) block cream cheese, softened
1 1/4 c. 落花生, ピーナッツ butter
2 1/2 c. powdered sugar
2 tbsp. heavy cream
1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
Toasted chopped peanuts, for garnish

DIRECTIONS

Preheat オーブン to 350°. Grease a 9”-x-13” baking pan with cooking spray.
Prepare baking mix according to package directions. Pour into prepared pan and bake until a toothpick inserted in middle comes out clean, 30 minutes. Let cool completely.
