Ingredients
3⅓ c. cake flour (not self-rising)
¾ c. (12 Tbl.) unsalted butter, room temperature
2¼ c. sugar
3 large eggs, room temperature
2 Tbl. liquid red 食 coloring
3 Tbl. unsweetened ココア powder
1½ tsp. vanilla extract
1½ tsp. salt
1½ c. buttermilk
1½ tsp. white vinegar
1½ tsp. baking soda
Cream Cheese Frosting:
1 c. (2 sticks) unsalted butter, room temperature
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, room temperature
¼ tsp. salt
2 tsp. vanilla extract
4½ c. powdered sugar
1 Tbl. milk, plus もっと見る if needed


Preheat オーブン to 350 degrees. Line a マフィン tin with paper liners and spray with cooking spray; set aside. In the bowl of a stand mixer, combine バター and sugar and mix on medium speed until very light and fluffy, about 5 minutes. Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. In a small bowl, whisk the 食 coloring, ココア powder and vanilla together; add to the butter/sugar mixture and mix well. Stir the salt into the buttermilk and add to the batter in three parts, alternating with the cake flour, starting and ending with flour. In a small bowl, stir together the vinegar and baking soda; add to the batter and mix well.

For the Cream Cheese Frosting: In a large bowl, mix together butter, cream cheese, salt and vanilla until smooth. Add powdered sugar, one cup at a time, beating well after each addition. 16 vanilla wafer cookies
2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
3/4 cup white sugar

2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions

Preheat オーブン to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line マフィン pans with カップケーキ papers.
Place one wafer cookie in the bottom of each カップケーキ paper. In a medium bowl, cream together cream cheese and sugar. Beat in eggs and vanilla until smooth. Pour over wafers in カップケーキ papers.
Bake in preheated オーブン 15 minutes, until golden and set.

2 tablespoons canola oil

1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions

Mix flour, sugar, ココア powder, baking soda, and salt in a large microwave-safe mug; stir in milk, canola oil, water, and vanilla extract.
Cook in microwave until cake is done in the middle, about 1 分 45 seconds.

1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 cup boiling water
Directions

Preheat オーブン to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour two nine inch round pans.
In a large bowl, stir together the sugar, flour, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Add the eggs, milk, oil and vanilla, mix for 2 分 on medium speed of mixer. Stir in the boiling water last. Batter will be thin. Pour evenly into the prepared pans.
Bake 30 to 35 分 in the preheated oven, until the cake tests done with a toothpick. Cool in the pans for 10 minutes, then remove to a wire rack to cool completely.
