hmmmm leaving out the fact that Cordy was MERELY cheated on (according to you) I think that both were pretty heartbroken. Still I choose Cordy, because I felt that she also genuinely cared about Xander and was really hurt when he kissed Willow.

But how can you say that she was merely cheated on? I think Cordy was just as jurt as Anya, even though she wasn't left at the altar

firstly merely cheated wrong use of the phrase that is one of the worst things that can happen to someone dont make little of it
secondly it was a high school romance it was never gonna last

Yeah Anya left at the alter she was soo heartbroken *tears* i think its worse than being cheated on, which is still SOOO tragically bad they both took it pretty hard but Xander and Anya had something more real, and While i loved em Xander and Cordy never woulda lasted

Anya and Xander dated for longer, they were more serious, they were going to get married! Cordy was hurt, and she had every right to be, but I think she got over it faster than Anya did.

I think Anya was more heartbroken then Cordelia was because Xander left her at the altar. Had it been Cordelia, then it would be the opposite for me but it wasn't. It was Anya who he left at the altar. He had a longer relationship with Anya and that's why I think Anya was more heartbroken. Cordy would've made Xander pay for hurting her. What Anya did to get revenge on Xander didn't really hurt him. But what Cordelia did to Xander hurt him more then what Anya did to get back at him for leaving her at the altar.
