I don't think Willow and Tara's scenes are boring at all. In my opinion, they have the best scenes. (besides Buffy/Spike and Buffy/Giles) I feel they are the two most underestimated and underrated characters on the show. And, yes, I think Dawn is irritating, especially in Season 5, but I love her in seven. I have to admit, she's pretty bad ass!
