Of all the Espada, Barragan was the strongest, in terms of having an absolute and devastating power. After him, I'd rate Ulquiorra as being the second strongest in Resurreccion. The rest, don't need explanation, because its basically the normal order, except Yammy, who would be between Starrk and Halibel.
