I would chose Isane Kotetsu

but since they like to pair Captains with opposite personalities I would end up with Rangiku Matsumoto

no because its a really hard job

Byakuya, Uryuu, and Ulquiorra are three different species, if you want to call it that. Shinigami, arrancar, and a Quincy combined! Yay! x)
