It is not only the best in my opinion but I think that it is also the one that is best written, I mean both Belle and Beast gets equal time to develop and to fall in loveand it doesn't happen at first sight like in other stories.

Hmm, I could answer this question in two different ways:

Yes - the way the romance builds up between the characters is, in my opinion, the most well-written out of my favourite Disney movies.

No - it's not my favourite Disney movies out of the ones that focus mostly on romance.

So yeah, two ways to look at it. It's not my favourite Disney film that happens to be a love story, but I do think that the love story part itself is my favourite. If that makes sense? XD
