whats the best way to recover from an injury quickly?
i hurt my ankle in basket ball in P.E. a 月 または so ago, i have an important assement in two weeks and an important competion in five. I am freaking out! i'm trying to do atleast two hours of ballet a 日 + stretching and excersizing. its getting better but i'm also getting a pain in the back of my other leg, which i guess is just plain unlucky. the assement is for whether the royal ballet school want to keep me on there associate programme. its gets harder and harder to stay on the programme each year, and i'm terrified that i'm gonna be assessed out! please, please, please help!!!
