Oh, and Izumo, Shima, Suguro, Rin, Yukio, and Amaimon from Blue Exorcist.
I would include Mephisto, but he's pretty much perfect either way. <3

Just about the entire cast of Black Butler. They're fixing it now with the Book of ____'s, but as for the original anime vs the manga, they lost so much character development that was in the manga, Ciel especially.
