What's this anime?

Ever had a ランダム picture from an anime/ova that あなた watched a long time ago, and now seeing it makes あなた want to travel down nostalgia lane............... but can't for the life of あなた remember it's name?

Soooooo.......... can anyone help me scratch my itch?

It's a fluffy romance ova, similar to nagareboshi lens (watched them at the same time, also had pictures.... however i was lucky enough that 'lens' had it's name on it)

I feel like it had something to do with 子犬 and chocolate.
