The show uses different arrangements all the time without crediting them, though sometimes the judges will call attention to a particular arrangement. It's interesting to hear that band, but I don't think someone using their arrangement is something to protest...particularly given Cook's performance! Certainly I wouldn't be calling attention to any connection with him, were I the band.
