ロスト in conversation, the night passed on and on, slowly as the moon kept its course of travel. It was steady as it had ever been, dependable, and tonight, kind and generous.
It gave light to everything around and asked for nothing in return, it filled each 狼, オオカミ there with a glee/グリー and joy. Some wolves, even with a rambunctious edge on this night.

Zen's Omega's mingled with the other Clan Omegas, Deltas and a few Betas all night, Eight among them. The group hadn't moved an inch, though the size of it had grown some. Members left to mingle, returned and left again, some newcomers came によって to say hello before taking their leave as well.
All in all, there was much merriment to be had here. Everyone was having a great time. Eight regaled the groups with his own stories. From time to time his boisterous voice could be heard with,
"And THATS why I never eat fish!" or
"You take it from ol' Eight..." and even some of his proudest achievements または discoveries,
"You never try to fight someone with your eyes closed."
Eight had a grand time, accompanied によって others and their stories as well, cheers and chants rising up in the night and always laughter to be heard.

ライラック was によって his side, and his フレンズ were all there. He needed nothing else on this night.

Dariel and Grunt would often start a scuffle with one another, and little Mingo would always be directly on 上, ページのトップへ of them doing what he liked to refer to as "Winning" simply によって being atop the pile. Some others would carry on their own conversations, others would be drawn into the fray, または shout and chant and carry on to the skirmish.

Zen spent his time observing, as he usually did, his mind just calculating everything happening, pitching in his two cents when he could, and even a story of his own from time to time. The twins would bump into him during one of their many dirt fights being in close proximity to him, he simply gave them a shove または slap here または there and continued on his way, with a smile and chuckle.

ライラック sat close to Eight, facing the Twins and her older brother. Every so often she'd nestle her head on Eight's shoulder for a few moments until she realized that some other オオカミ were looking on with smiles about their faces. Some even playfully teased her, giving toothy-grinned nods of approval または silent, calm and casual fist pumps in her direction.

The Deltas of the group stayed for the night, as did the other Omegas, though a few stragglers would come in または take their leave. The few Betas carried on their own after an 時 または so and moved on to other groups up the trail.

The night trailed on as the moon trekked sleepily across the sky. A handful of the Alphas and Betas made their ways down the mountain, even fewer saying their goodbyes and good tidings to everyone on their way down. Even a couple of the Elder Alphas took their leave, despite the party still being in full swing. It seemed that everyone else present weren't the least bit interested in leaving with still もっと見る hours of the evening left.
As a few オオカミ passed, heading up the trail, Eight's attention was caught, his head snapped to attention to a female heading to the groups not far from where his own group sat. It was Ayame, with Felan in her wake. Eight pondered for a moment before seeing Dolph trail up as well. Before he could put two and two together, he heard a voice behind him,

"Damn it, I 愛 being right."

He looked to see Stern passing by, giving Eight a glance,
"I'm talking to あなた two." Stern grinned, pointing to Eight and Lilac.
Eight grinned and chuckled aloud, shaking his head, ライラック simply blushed and buried her head into Eight briefly before rubbing up on his shoulder with a smile.
Stern seemed to be in an elevated mood. Perhaps being finished with Duty very early and getting to enjoy himself made him a more... agreeable wolf.

Another 時 had gone によって and now the crowds were a little bit thinner, and the howling もっと見る sparse. The party seemed to be on its down swing, though not quite finished yet.
Many Deltas had taken their leave and even some few Omegas.
Eight found himself yawning once または twice. The night was catching up to him now. ライラック had layed her head on him a while 前 now and hadn't moved an inch since then.
Mingo was finishing up a story of his own, his excited, and rapid speech rattling on, just as his body and paws made motions to accompany. Everyone had a good laugh and as it wound down, Eight stretched a little, trying not to upset ライラック as he did.
"Fellas..." He yawned, "I'd 愛 to stay and chat longer, really, I mean... I'm GOOD at it..." The small pack laughed and heckled him and he laughed along with them,
"But I think I'm going to turn in."
With this announcement, もっと見る aggravation and picking came from the other wolves. On no other night, with no other 狼, オオカミ would Omegas be heckling a Beta, but Eight practically encouraged it.
He laughed along with them and held up his paws, waving off their verbal jokes and attacks, saying "Yeah, yeah, yeah..."

Lilac's head arose looking もっと見る asleep than awake and she yawned as Eight 発言しました his farewells and stood to his fours.
ライラック did the same.
"Am I to escort the lovely lady?" Eight asked, she nodded to him through sleepy eyes and smiled, nuzzling his shoulder as she began taking her steps.

Eight turned to Zen and waved him off.
"Take care, Eight." Zen 発言しました and smiled, pointing to Eight with a "You Tha Wolf" look on his face and waved as they departed.

The couple carried on across the distance, heading to the デン rock. They stopped at the base and Eight nuzzled the very sleepy Lilac.
"Your stop, m'lady." He 発言しました and bowed before her.
"You won't be sleeping here tonight?" She looked at him with inquisitive eyes.
"No, I uh... I figured I'd spend the night in my private little place, get some extra sleep..." He scratched the back of his head as a moment of silence passed between them, the ground feeling colder now beneath their paws.
"Can I come with you?" She asked earnestly, catching the shaggy topped 狼, オオカミ off guard.
"W-with? Y-I mean..." He stumbled to stave her off, not wanting to give the wrong impression of her to the rest of the pack for staying with him in is dugout. He was old fashioned like that.
"Its super 上, ページのトップへ secret," He made flimsy excuses, "And its so far away... and it smells like-" He was cut off によって her nuzzling under his chin for a second, then she looked up at him and smiled playfully through the fatigue on her face,
"I'm just going to follow あなた anyways."


They stood there for a moment, the night mostly silent save または a little silent chatter from higher up on the デン rock. Lilac, an un-moving stone as she had put her paw down, and Eight, stammering in his own mind to find a way around this - not as though he wanted to fight it at all. He was only trying to look out for Lilac's best interest. To no avail, however as he just dropped his head and agreed.
"Fine. But no staring at my swagger." He joked as he turned to lead.




ライラック smiled under the waning moon light, her victory secured. She sleepily trailed behind Eight, her tail drooping and her head low.

Eight stopped a few times to let her catch up, but finally they arrived at his dugout. Luckily there would be enough 宇宙 for two.

ライラック crawled in and curled up quickly. によって the time Eight had joined her, she was already fast asleep.




He simply smiled as he curled up 次 to her, carefully and quietly speaking to himself with a nod.

"Good day."
