Are people with Alice haircuts Alice wannabes?

I was at Elicat city during クリスマス and these girls had long blonde hair and blue eyes.The 次 日 they came back with dark red-brown short hair and black contact lenses in.They were even wearing costumes to be Alice!Those are Alice wannabes.Are あなた an Alice wannabe if あなた just have her haircut?
