please help! all アドバイス appreciated!!

about a 月 ago, this guy asked me if i wanted to go on a 日付 with him, and i 発言しました yes. we havent gone on the 日付 yet, but now im regretting saying yes, and i find him kind of creepy, but i still see him sometimes and he'll like come up and hug me and its sooooo awkward! :( what should i do???
