Artemisia カクテル
(Adapted from a NY Times recipe)

2 ounces Metaxa Five-Star Brandy

1 ounce Calvados

½ ounce Patron Citronge

½ ounce real absinthe (with Wormwood/Thujone)

½ ounce レモン juice

Splash of simple syrup

Combine all the ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake well and strain into a カクテル glass.

Yield: 1 serving
