why do u think ヴァンパイア cant get pregnant?

what i think is that there body freezes when they change like all there body cells so thry cant function

She may mean that ヴァンパイア who...well, have always been ヴァンパイア are the only ones who could impregnate または become pregnant. I think that makes perfect sense :)

But of course they don't need to be able to. Their kind reproduces によって turning a person into a vampire so there really is no reason for them to have children. Humans have children because it is the only way for their kind to reproduce. But ヴァンパイア have a different way since they are undead.
