Um, I guess they use underwear, like they wear clothes. I also remember 読書 somewhere that ヴァンパイア don't need to use bathrooms. And I doubt they get rid of the blood. They use it for their strength and energy. Hope this helps despite your "interesting question".

Those are actually good 質問 - I've never thought of it before. Underwear would be a personal preference, as it is to humans I guess. Some do, some don't. I would also guess that they don't have to get rid of anything since blood is so pure - there wouldn't be any waste.

Omg I really can't believe it! I asked myself those same 質問 and I thought I was the only one!!! Now I know I'm not! I guess that ヴァンパイア do wear underwear but about the blood, I don't think they have to pee, I guess they transform it in energy または something like that =S not sure though... Anyways, I'm glad to know I'm not the only one who had thought about that ^^!

i think that they wear underwears coz in this way they look もっと見る human (even though they don't really need to)... but they don't have to pee または anything coz they use all the power that blood gives to them...what i don't understand is wat would happen if a vampire ate some 食 like edward (when he ate the ピザ and the wedding cake)... what would happen after eating (coz the human food's energy is useless to them)? would they get rid of it with some way??
