ЕДИНЫЙ ПОРТАЛ РАСКРЫТИЯ ИНФОРМАЦИИ О ПОДГОТОВКЕ ПРОЕКТОВ НОРМАТИВНЫХ АКТОВ

В связи со вступлением в силу постановления Правительства Российской Федерации от 25 августа 2012 г. № 851 ""О порядке раскрытия федеральными органами исполнительной власти информации о подготовке проектов нормативных правовых актов и результатах их общественного обсуждения"" (далее - постановление) внесены изменения в процедуру подготовки федеральными органами исполнительной власти проектов нормативных правовых актов.

Изменения предусматривают обязанность федеральных органов исполнительной власти раскрывать информацию о разрабатываемых ими проектах нормативных правовых актов, а также проводить соответствующее общественное обсуждение. В соответствии с абзацем шестым пункта 2 постановления направление на согласование в заинтересованные федеральные органы исполнительной власти проектов нормативных правовых актов, при разработке которых не были соблюдены Правила, после 1 февраля 2013 года не допускается.

Порядок раскрытия указанной информации и проведения общественного обсуждения определен Правилами раскрытия федеральными органами исполнительной власти информации о подготовке проектов нормативных правовых актов и результатах их общественного обсуждения, утвержденных постановлением (далее - Правила), и предусматривает размещение этой информации на официальном сайте regulation.gov.ru
