#10 - Makuta Teridax (Bionicle)

This is the Makuta that we know and 愛 to hate! He became the main Makuta after overthrowing Miserix. He is the most well known Bionicle villain and lives for quite a long time.

#9 - Newt (The Animaniacs)

I know most people don't count this pooch as a villain, but he is in my book. He tries to kidnap a ミンク (Minerva ミンク in particular) so he can give her to his master. I know he may not be "evil", but he is still a villain.
