I've only seen one. I saw Aida when I was 17.
It was a great experience.


And yes... Opera singers DO actually sing real words. It's not just a bunch of "Aahhhhhh laaaaaa laaaaaa ohhhhhhhh"

that would be cool. my grandparents watch this one German one every New Years Eve. I've only seen half because i can only stand half because they sing in German but speak in English

Ah, yes. The different languages can get very irritating. Aida was in Italian, but there were English supertitles so it was easy enough to follow the story.

My voice teacher is in a ton of operas.I've seen the musical Aida, not the opera yet. I've also seen loads of musicals, and something I think was sort of an opera, not sure. I've seen movies of rock operas, not live ones though.
