Someone who takes a society that was extremely happy but ignorant to all the corruption that was put into making them that happy and thus shattering the happiness and bringing in instability and suffering to the nation?

または

Someone who takes a society that was extremely unhappy and suffering, uses corrupt methods to force them into being ignorant and unknowing of the truth and thus brings forth extreme happiness and peace to the nation?

Is it worse to destroy happiness to let someone live with the truth and the reality または is it worse to hide the truth and warp reality for the reason of bringing peace and happiness?
