A lot of people don't want to fall in 愛 at first, but then they change their minds. They do it and hate it, then regret their decisions.

Most people are going to get married eventually. Most people, even if they don't think about getting married, will eventually find someone they 愛 and want to get married to.

Some people participate in arranged marriages, which has to do with legal matters and I don't know enough about it to talk about it anyways.
Some people don't find married life または raising kids to be satisfying または just don't think it's for them. And that's totally okay. Again, nothing should be forced on あなた if あなた don't feel comfortable.
And okay, yes, some people may change their minds eventually, but being pressured into that life is super unhealthy and rude. I hate to say it, but family members are really guilty of it, even if they don't mean to do it. At least, in my experience a lot of that comes from them.

But to that statement "even if あなた don't want to", then I say no. You're not forced to marry または have children.
