I don't get it

People ask 質問 on here または yahoo 回答 (like "where can i buy this shirt?" または "what season is this episode from?")

when they're on the internet and they can Google it.

I'm just confused. Why make it もっと見る difficult? Especially if you're the type to コメント "I GUESS NO ONE KNOWS OH WELL I'LL JUST SIT HERE ALONE"

Is it because of loneliness? The need for someone to communicate to them?

Is it because you're not very computer-savy and not sure which website to trust? (You're asking ランダム people on the internet, not much trust there.)

I'm just curious. Please explain.

Well maybe when the person tries to look up what they want to know on the internet, they can't find it anywhere または the 検索 results won't give the answer the person needs, so they go ask people on here または on Yahoo 回答 to see if anyone else knows exactly what the person asking the 質問 needs to know, and when the person waits a long time and no one gives them an answer they get a little mad and make a コメント like "WELL I GUESS I'LL NEVER KNOW THEN!!!!" to 表示する that the person has ロスト their patience and became frustrated while waiting for the answer to try and push people who read the 質問 a little to answer it.
