In my case, I just go to my room cry and listen to some music. But if あなた really want to kill yourself I recommend あなた not to warn anyone about it. There will be always someone to tell あなた not to do it. Informing others that you're going to kill yourself is also a way for あなた to have a reason not to kill yourself, therefore, あなた don't really want to kill yourself. または you're just wanting to get attention.
Find an outlet, something that makes あなた happy. I use concerts and 音楽 as my antidepressants. But あなた haven't killed yourself yet so hold onto whatever's been keeping あなた alive. You're fine~
