Yes. It certainly does. When a drawing is on paper it's a traditional medium, this is digital art. :) Very nice, I 愛 the detail of the grey tabby's coat, as well as the ferns. I'm not sure about the glowing blue, it looks kind of eerie. If that was the idea...? Overall, well done with the shading, outlining, etc.
