Who & What Is ヘタリア I Really Wanna Know What It Is

It's an アニメ in which countries are personified and then stereotyped to death. Most of the series takes place during world war 2 and focuses on the Aaxis powers (Germany,Italy,Japan) and the Allied forces (Russia,America,China,France,England,Canada) Each episode is 5 分 long and there are 104 of them with seasons 1,2,3 and the movie dubbed. Season four is yet to be released but is subbed.
(Also the マンガ by,Hidekaz Himaruya) Picture of Italy who is the main character ヘタリア = usless Italy.

ヘタリア is an アニメ about anthropomorphic forms of the nations of the world who get into hilarious antics of sorts in a setting reflective of World War II era with other pieces following through history giving basically the most awesome history lesson of all time ever.
