Well,first,you go down to the 'answers' on the ホーム page of the club and press the link that says "add a question".Then,you type in the 質問 on either the "Your Question" part,in which some people do,or the "Add details または background information",in which other people do,also. Once finished,press "Submit new question" and wait.
