検索 in your プロフィール "my clubs", then you'll see your spots list, under the spots' name u'll find a word that says "unsuscribe", after that a 質問 will appear "are あなた sure あなた want to unsuscribe?" & あなた may click 'yes' または 'no'

Where ur クラブ r it will say in red words to unscribcribe(srry if i spelled wrong) n u wont have it on ur ファン 一覧 anymore または ur updates.
