The target audience for Dr. Pepper TEN is men, not women. That commercial was designed to capture the male audience.

No offense. But do あなた know how many times similar commercials were directed at women and claimed all men were in a cliched group? This commercial really isn't that bad at all compared to some others. I (Even though I'm not a girl) can see why あなた may think it's offensive but it's just a joke. It's sarcasm and it's directed to men. Commercials can be a whole lot worse then this example. Basically there's no need to get upset at it. This commercial can be taken in both ways though.
