Dear god. Okay, so, first, I'd require that there would be fair treatment toward everyone. I'd outlaw guns, unless for hunting. I'd legalize マリファナ in the U.S. I would make Canada, USA and Mexico all one country. I would 愛 to 'rule' the world, and make people aware that the human race is killing us all, and I'd make them aware of global warming. Oh, and I'd make チョコレート ミルク the global drink(:.
