こんにちは im kenzie 001704 its not my real name though so dont call me kenzie but i stuggle with depresion and dont want to go on medication any アドバイス for a diferent solutuion?

-Do some exercise
-Visit your お気に入り place a lot
-Go for nature walks
-Do some volunteer work
If none of these work, then continue with your medication.

Is there anyone あなた can talk to? That usually helps as well, and it doesn't necessarily have to be a counselor, therapist, etc.

As another ファン wrote, try other activities. Esp. exercise--that has been shown to alleviate mild depression. Same w/volunteering.

Please don't feel you're alone with this.
