こんにちは im kenzie 001704 its not my real name though so dont call me kenzie but i stuggle with depresion and dont want to go on medication any アドバイス for a diferent solutuion?
Listen i suffer from depression as well and as much as あなた dont want the medication its the best thing to do trust me it may not seem like its helping but depression is something あなた will grow out of in time.
-Listen to cheerful music -Do some exercise -Visit your お気に入り place a lot -Go for nature walks -Do some volunteer work If none of these work, then continue with your medication.
