こんにちは can anybody tell me what he's most probably pissed about?

ok so here's a write up (which I don't seem to understand)

girl: when was the last time あなた 発言しました I 愛 you?
boy: I didn't think I needed to because I always did and I thought あなた knew that. but if あなた didn't then I don't know??
girl: well i guess i know now
boy: now? that's it i'm pissed now.

what do あなた think the boy is pissed about?

sorry forgot to add that after that the girl apologized for saying she didn't know he loved her, but the guy was still pissed about something

oh but after that the boy 発言しました that he was pissed about something else the girl did. But it doesn't make sense!

i think the boy is pissed because, he taught that he had made it clear to the girl that he loves her, and tought that he doesn't have to say it all the time...but now he thinks that the girl doesn't 愛 him, because she couldn't belive without words that he loves her
