What would happen if a vampire made a pregnant woman into a vampire ?

I assume the baby would die, unless the infection gets into the plascenta. In that case, the baby would either be trapped forever, または it would find some way out. If it's アナと雪の女王 in time, it's probably best for it to be trapped forever.

ユニコーン would fall from the sky carrying baskets full of fluffy kittens.
